Question Suggestions for a new conditioner anyone?

I'm having a bit of a hard time finding a conditioner that works well in my hair. It's 2c/3a med and gets very frizzy. I was using the hydrating shampoo and conditioner by david babaii, until I realized that it was causing me an itchy scalp and my curls weren't really looking that great. I get great spiral and wave definition, that is until it dries; then it usually looks like pure frizz, regardless whether or not I deep condition, oil my ends or use a leave in conditoner or serum. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I think the biggest problem I'm having is finding a company that does not test on animals. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried Giovanni conditioners? The Smooth as silk and the 50:50 conditioner work great for me.

I am using natures gate aloe vera moisturising condish on my hair at the moment (my hair sounds similar to yours?) and I'm liking it, it definitely helps with the frizzes

I've heard it mentioned here a few times, but never actually tried it.. I wonder if it's coney or not? Thank you for the suggestion

Sorry, I posted a reply to the first post and didn't realize I had gotten another reply! So that last post was to meowmeow.@ Hotrox, your curls in your signature picture are beautiful! I just may have to try it, I never thought of using something with aloe vera in a conditioner but it makes sense!

I use Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition, it works well.

Here's a link to a thread I started last week (?). I have pics to prove the difference and everyone who has since tried it have given review on this product as well. There are a few that it hasn't helped, but most are with awesome results. It is cone free as well which is a bonus. It has three oils in it too.

Giovanni does not test on animals.

I just looked through their "50:50 Balanced" ingredients; no cones.

ETA: Not sure if "No Animal By-Products and Cruelty Free" means not tested on animals, though.

I've been surprised by how well my hair has liked Suave Naturals Tropical Coconut. I use it for CO-washing, conditioning, and also as a daily leave-in conditioner. Gotta love it when a cheap product works so well (of course, that doesn't stop me from buying WAY too much other stuff, too!!!! )

Wow I have a lot to choose from, and seeing that you all have beautiful hair it makes it even harder to pick just one!
@ henna4grey, yes that means that they not only have no animal derived ingredients but also do not not test. That's very important to me so thank you for sharing!
@ Debra83 and Lorely, although the garnier fructis triple nutrition sounds great, especially after reading debra83's thread, garnier fructis and its parent company L'Oreal test on animals .
@ GRU i love your curls!! I wish my hair looked that that nice and healthy when I used Suave but for some reason it always made my hair feel greasier than when I started, .
The Giovanni line sounds like something I'd try, now I just have to track it down. Sorry for such a long post, but Thanks everyone for all the suggestions!
