How to Curl Hair like Actress Ryan Newman?

Hey guys! Could you please give me advice on how to make my hair look like Ryan's? I just want her style, not color (even though I love that too). I've attached a link above, so just click on it to see what I'm talking about. I absolutely love curls like those, but I have never figured out how to create them. I have only a 1 1/4" curling iron with me, but would I have to use a smaller iron to get Ryan's curls? Perhaps a 3/4" iron? Please make my day and help! Thanks ;D

If you are ok with using heat and products, try searching banana curls or sausage curls

I get the exact same results with a 1" curling iron. Hope that helps

I don't know about curling irons, if I was going for that look I would try 8 or more small tight buns with damp hair.
