I had my hair cut!
I've only been an LHC member since November, and so was not super long by any means...but my two-toned hair was REALLY bugging me and my hair looked really straggly.
So...I had my hair cut. She cut off about 1.5 inches as I requested, and did some layers. I'm GLAD the curls are back, and the brassy ends are mostly gone.
Sorry if this is LHC heresy! I still do admire the beautiful heads of long hair I see here. Not sure where I'm going from here..if I'll grow it out more or what. I would love to have long, curly hair IF it looks good on me. Excuse the messiness.

Onward and Upward
Re: I had my hair cut!
I think long curly hair would look great on you. I'm glad you got your trim to clean up your ends. I've had the brassy thing before and I know why it needed to be removed. I think BSL or WL would be nice given the shape of our face and texture of your hair, in a nice U shape hem. APL is a good start. By the way, the layers worked out just fine.

Thanks, ladies! I'm hoping I can grow it longer and still have curls. Might have to keep some layers for that though. Oh well...hair continues to grow so nothing is permanent. Layers can be cut in or grown out.
