Hmmm started my hair toys journey with these 2 sticks:

Well I arranged things differently in my wall hanger toy storage thingy and found space for all my new ovals. http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/...t=131&page=956
But I bombed out on the claw form CMW. I just could not find a way to wear it. So I put it into a pot of boiling water and let the twists and curve come out. Now I have a lovely flat extremely tapered stick which does a Spock bun perfectly.
I have also purchased some more bamboo like last year and have drawn out several things to cut and work on.

Good thinking on the claw, bparnell! Adaptation (and modification) is the key to some successes! I'm hit and miss with my claw (needing patience and less hair at times ), but if it is more on the miss side, I may straighten it, too.
And what a start, zanelle! They're gorgeous. I've got another one of their sticks on the way to me right now, too.

I love your earrings too; I also coordinate earrings with my hair toy collection
Thank you, Groovy Granny, I think they look nice together.
Planning to take better pics after I wash my hair.
