When is your stall?

Seasons don't affect me, but my hair always stalls for a little over a month after it reaches waist-length.

My hair stalls from April until the end of July. This year I'll be covering my head to try to simulate winter lighting.

Isn't April - July winter in New Zealand?

If I didn't dye my hair and have roots, I'd have thought my hair had stalled for like 4 years.
