    I agree with Sissy about catnip tea rinses being very beneficial for hair.

    Not only has it proved so moisturising for me that I've been able to give up conditioner, it has also encouraged my hair to start growing again

    Coconut oil gives me mad shine. I use a drop of it after I wash my hair. I also do ACV rinses, and heavy oilings before washes. The henna must contribute too... but mostly oil I think.
