Question Japanese Bun - can anyone tell me how?

I know how to do a Chinese Bun, but I've seen photos of a "Japanese Bun", which looks similar but I haven't been able to figure out how it's done or find any instructions on the 'net.

Can someone tell me how or direct me to instructions, Pleeeeeze?

    Thanks!

I love AprilElf's Japanese bun and I'm still trying to get the extra loops to lock in and not look "horizontal" on my stick. So far it's not quite working, but I love the video, it makes the process much clearer.
