I love using coconut milk I usually heat it up a bit and add some honey to the mix. My hair comes out insanely soft! I think I may add in some aloe next go around.
also i took a can of coconut milk and half a can of coconut juice and blended it with bananas and honey and ice and had suchhh a delicious smoothie

That's very tempting =) I have two cans sitting at home.
I already have done my first SMT this week and I started using coconut oil I'm gonna give my hair a break with experiment... for now.
Coconut oil, coconut milk , I love it in all its forms!
I must say that I have noticed great improvements , regarding the growth and texture of my hair with coconut milk and oil!
I'd love to try this but frankly, I'd just end up making tom kha gai with it. Don't think I could resist.
It's not as bad with my honey though, I somehow manage to save some for my hair. But my tea gets dibs!
I love coconut milk (as a food/beverage/cooking ingredient) but have never thought to put it in my hair. I usually buy a coconut and make my own fresh milk since the can seperation just does not mix together consistently like fresh does. Does coconut milk produce different results than coconut oil in hair or are they pretty much the same as far as results go?
There are two types of people in the world; those who play to win and those who play not to lose.
I like the smell of coconut, and I love what it does to my hair, the oil at least I haven't tried the milk. But I just cannot stand the taste or texture :P, but since my mom and sister love the stuff we have a whole bunch, maybe I'll snitch a can and try it
I love the taste of coconut milk, and once tried it in my hair when I was a shampoo gal. It didn't wash out and I felt disgusting so I never attempted it again. I may have to try this with CO now.. It's great when you find something that works!
