    Default The Mini-Milestone Thread

I thought I'd start this thread so that we can share the little mini-milestones that are too minor for a full thread on their own, but make us go . I did a search, but couldn't find a thread like this.

I reached a mini-milestone a few days ago. I can now reach behind my back with my hand and grab the ends of my hair again. Just two weeks ago, I couldn't do it without leaning my head back a bit, or contorting.

Love these mini-milestones! That's what keeps me loving the journey all over again!!!

    Woohoo! Way to go you.
Last night, I was able to put my hair over the relatively high back of my chair, and grab my hair from around the bottom left side of the chair. I felt it and was like... for real?
Next stop, "BSL" (below seat level)!

Sort of mini-milestone for me, last night I was able to put my hair in a nice, tight english braid for the first time!

What a great thread. Thanks for starting it FrannyG. I can finally bend over and see my hair hanging down. I know that it doesn't sound like much but it's huge for me.

Mine is so small it probably doesn't even qualify as mini - but the mullet part of my growing out pixie is finally long enough (maybe an inch) that it's lying outside my collar at this point instead of poking down my collar and driving me nuts! Really doesn't sound like much at all, but the less my hair drives me nuts, the more likely I am not to cut it

Last night, as I was leaning backwards from sitting to laying on my bed after brushing my hair (I sleep with my hair loose since my cats have a room of their own and don't come and chew it when I'm asleep), my hair got stuck under my butt... I'm not anything near classical, and it didn't happen before I was maybe halfway down, but hey! That's a mini-milestone!

    Congratulations to all, keep growing...

That is a great milestone! I remember when I grew out my pixie it was the WORST when my hair fell inside my collar, so itchy and annoying!!! Congrats on not being driven nuts!
