Okay so this is going to sound really insignificant but: when I was slumped over a bit (need to work on my posture xD) my hair tickled my elbow when it was in French braids <3

My goal length is basically to my elbows in the front (past waist-ish) so yea, this was a mini milestone to me xD

This is not about length but my hair is now (after some chopping) softer than my cats' fur.

Neneka, don't take this the wrong way, but I want to run my hands through your 2" hair!

My mini-milestone: I was sitting at the Junior High with my dd waiting for a conference in a chair opposite a glass door, so I could see my reflection. I had my hair loose because I had just washed it. It was mostly dry, but still damp at the roots. Anyway, I was not sitting up as straight as I could (we had been waiting awhile) and glanced at my reflection and my hair was dangling below the chair! I wasn't super slouched, I swear. It was weird, because I cannot sit on my hair. If I had had a camera, I think I would have taken a picture. LOL

For the past week or so I've been snipping of splits and now they're getting REALLY hard to find!

Yesterday when I was in the bubble bath I reached behind me to feel how long my hir is when it's wet- to my surprise it has hit the very very top of my waist!!! Ahhhhh!!! Soooooo excited!!! Can't believe it! I have been waiting so long for this moment. It makes me feel so good to know that if we put our minds to it, we CAN reach our hair goals (and definitely our mini-goals)!!!

Congrats everyone on their mini-milestones! Today I had one myself - I can finally get my hair to stay put in a french twist! My layers have always fallen out! I can shake my head and this thing holds like a rock

My hair is now officially just under BSL! And very healthy with no split ends, which is so important when you have baby fine hair like mine. My goal is WL, only four more inches!

I actually enjoy my hair again! May have cut back to chin, but my hair feels much better and behaves.

I noticed an odd mini-milestone recently. I've been putting my hair into Spidermom's bun that stays (Thanks, Spidermom!) a lot recently. When I checked it in the mirror the bottom part of the first turn is now silvered. I stopped dying 2 years ago July and it's now grown out so that it can be seen in that bun. Yay!
