This is fun! I realized the other day that when I put my hair up in the ponytail, the "tail of the pony" (that was corny, wasn't it ) just brushes my neck! Yay! The next mini milestone I am looking forward to is my hair reaching the little beauty mark I have on my back! Weird, I know, but I have several of them and they make good progress charts!

Yes, a good milestone and THAT one you will outgrow (so stick it out!). My hair is getting caught in my...um...crack and I very much dislike that, too. I am hoping that is outgrowable but not sure. LOL

I have outgrown my clippies. My hair is now too long and too thick. I have to upgrade to bigger clippies. I couldnt wait to post this!

I have been braiding my hair from the crown and clipping it on the top of my head when I sleep and now there is just too much hair to do that and the clippies dont hold. A long time ago I got one of those magic wrap things and never used it. Last night I used it on top of my head to sleep in and it worked like a charm! It so great when you finally find a use for a hairtoy that you have had laying around for years!!

My mini-milestone is not length related, I have been such a colour addict for so long all I want for now is to find a colour I love through henna so I can concentrate on growing it out without damaging it any more

I just got quite a big trim recently so I haven't got a lenght-related mini-milestone, but I have finally achieved an even (including roots!) colour with henndigo!
I do fear the day that I'll decide to grow out my natural colour, because my hair is now off-black, which means one day I'll have to walk around with half dark blonde, half black hair for a few years (like hell I'd cut my hair off!).

Mayflower: is there any way you could try an ombre-style dye job in the future, to make the growth look a bit more intentional?
