I can make twin braids! I love them, and I'm very excited. My hair also seems to have grown a full cm on a week!

I was able to get all of my hair to stay in a bun secured with a hair stick.

However it only stayed for an hour..

My hair stays better in my standard pencil bun, and it has a slightly different feel to it, it seems to move more like long hair! It is growing, hurra!

I checked my hair last week to find that my hair is now 30" long, so only 1" to go until I'm at hip length!

This is a little embarrassing to admit, but yesterday was the first day I wore my hair down without any hairspray. For me this is miraculous. I think I have a hairspray addiction

Instead of using hairspray I smoothed a tiny bit of Toadstool Leave-in conditioner over my hair to give a soft hold. It worked beautifully and made my hair so soft and shiny. I feel like I've made an amazing breakthrough lol

As a super-shorty, my washed hair usually magically dries by the time I get my makeup on for church. Today, I had to go on a treasure hunt for the BLOWFRIER!
It doesn't look longer but it must be!

Time to change up the Sunday morning routine!

    henna keeps it
red, and red makes me happy.
Pixied for 15+ years and liked it.
    Growing for fun.

Today, I had my hair down for air-drying. My hair was half-dry already and I started changing clothes since I wanted to go out. Quickly pants on, oops, why on earth does it pull??? My hair got caugth in my pants. Some years ago I could not imagine this would ever happen to me... However, I still have time till I can accidentaly sit on my tresses.

This morning I braided my hair for work and realized that it reaches tailbone!!! Mind you it was not a tight braid but still

It's so hard to get my hair to lay straight

Today I wore my hair down and it got tangly from rubbing on my hoodie...it has been too short to do that for quite a long time...so now I HAVE to wear it up..at least when I wear a hoodie. Tangles are not exciting but having hair long enough TO tangle IS exciting!
