Just wanted to say that the fork and the sticks you picked out look amazing with the color of your hair!

They look beautiful in your hair dragaica! I'm especially in love with that fork. How do you like them, do you think they hold your hair up well?

    thank you curlsgalore and CarpeDM
seems you like the contrast - I still look at it, and it's new for me...
CarpeDM- you were right earlier about the sticks, but after emperimenting, I could make the fork to work - it may not work as well on slippery hair.

    Mina17 -
I played with them all day
    1. I can't make the experimented buns, you all seems to do so easily.
    2. I did my messy hair, better than in the pictures...
    3. a novelty - the fork actually is great for a low loose bun- if i stick it horizontally- great actually
    4. I loooove the sticks - quite my style, I get use to the fork - I like it a little less
    5. and the length - maybe the fork a little too long ? maybe...

but- I completely agree that the forks and the sticks are for different things and hold differently
In my hair, they work great , both styles, stick the best (I have non-slippery hair )
    overall- I'm very happy -

Well I can only speak for myself here, but what little buns I do know came with a LOT of practice! As far as the length, the way I look at it, if something is too long right now, it might be just right when your hair gets longer...you can always grow into it, better longer than shorter right?

Grow into it - seems a good idea - longer- better- the 4-3/4", didn't seems so much in the shop.
You are exercising the buns ? - I thought it was something wrong with me and my hair.
Seems effortless, from all the pictures I've seen.

Here is my lapis double ender (first Quattro). I love the colour, but I'm not thrilled with the hold. It seems almost too thin for me. I might end up selling it because I find I'm not reaching for it, due to not feeling like my buns aren't stable.

This picture is pretty colour accurate, but there a little gold flecks that don't show up here.

that's a lovely stick and seems great in your hair.
practice a bit - I'm still learning how to use my first quattro fork.
...? I'm still thinking - can be a bun fixed strongly with only a stick - even a double ended?
