Well mine is very simple but it should help me pin point what works and what doesnt. It will also help me pin point growth spurts. I also plan to put in my routine box if I have suffurred stress and will then check to see how long it takes to show with my hair. so without further a do my idiots guide to how to monitor goals and growth!! ta da!
