    Default SMT question

    I would like to do a SMT tomorrow morning but the only conditioner I have is Suave Naturals Ocean Breeze. It has the typical conditioner ingredients and algae extract as its second to last ingredient. Do you think this "flavor" would work for the SMT? Is algae extract a protein in disguise?
    Growing out again since August 2019

    no clue whether it is a protein, but I have used a few flavors of the suave naturals and had great results.....
    Am FINALLY at waist (note to self, update siggy pic)... To maintain or to not maintain (keep growing).... that is now the question

    I don't know about the protein thing, but it should work for an SMT. Did my first the other day and WOW! Lovin it!

    I've used almost every flavor of Suave available for SMTs, and the only one I've had problems with was the Tangerine one. I liked the Ocean Breeze. I think the algae extract is most likely used as a thickener in the conditioner, like agar. Hope this helps
