I use the Triple Nutrition conditionner (not DT or mask or anything) to CO-wash, no cone in the formula here but hey, it's France. Can't say for anywhere else in the world. I bought it because it was cone-free (I only found two in the entire shampoo aisle at the supermarket... seriously. I intended to buy l'Oréal, because I like their stuff, but found none cone-free even though I know they have some) and boasted three natural oils (which would help with dryness?), plus inexpensive (I mean, I could afford it, and I had only a couple coins in my purse). It's brand-new but I love it already, it's left my lengths frizz-free, with its usual curl pattern, and my ends feel soft. My ends never feel soft. (Plus it smells good.)
Anyway, I do recommend the Triple Nutrition / Nutri-Repair / Fortifying (different names?) line from Fructis. If you can get it cone-free.
For DT, once a week, (I confess I'm not sure what you mean by deep condition, so I'm just throwing everything out here), I use Kérastase Nutritive Oleo-Curl Intense mask (this one is l'Oréal). More pricey if I remember correctly, but the small pot has lasted for a year and it's only half-empty -- you really don't need a lot of it. It's a bit heavy, but I apply it mostly to my ends and it works very nice. My stylist recommended it to me when I told her I was trying to space out trims (instead of freaking out and telling me I needed to get rid of those split ends. She's nice, really. I just don't like going to see her). This one helps with damage. I have no idea how it does it, but really, it does.
Cone-free as far as I can tell. Protein... no idea.
