What is everybody using right now? I need some suggestions for a good leave-in conditioner. I haven't used one before, but now that my hair is getting longer I think I might need it.

I love both Alba Botanica leave-in (creamier), and Kinky Curly's Knot Today(thinner). I'm not sure if you use cones or not but I have a hard time finding cone-less leave-ins.

I mixed up some of the fake Biolage Matrix from Sally's with a wee bit of castor oil and coconut oil. I water it down quite a bit because it is really dry where I live. My hair really loves it. It gives good slip too, so I can detangle.

I have used Aussie and Garnier Fructise leave-ins in my hair -- both of them work well, in my opinion. Make sure you don't put too much in, though, just enough that your fingers/palms are coated, otherwise your hair might look a little greasy.

I use a bit of shea butter mixed with the same amount of coconut oil. Maybe a chunk about 1cm in diameter for each. I only use this on the hair that is below the bottom of my ears, either when damp or dry.
eta: I used garnier fructis leave in conditioner in my pre LHC days. It was awful- made my hair dull and waxy, causing it to tangle a lot.

I use coconut oil, shea butter or whatever conditioner I've COed with. Also the recipe for Foxs Shea Butter is amazing, and I like Kimberlilys Defrizzing Spray.
I'm not much of a help with all those choices huh? I like to change it up often!

Giovanni Direct Leave In is pretty great. I think I have gone through 3 bottles now, and I have no plans to stop using it.

I mix some coconut oil (tiny amount) with my Alchemy (lavender & anthyllis 24 hour leave in conditioner), it's the best I've used to far, and still the only way I can use coconut oil on my hair

Karen's Body Beautiful hair nectar and hair milk. They do wonders to my hair, and the smell is heavenly.
