One of your Facebook friends links you to this photo with the comment, "Challenge, Renbirde?" and you have done most of the pictured braids and know how to do the rest.
Aaaaaand when you notice a number of comments asking what the various braids are called, you write up a small monograph* about it.
I feel like SUCH a geek. XD
* An internet monograph, that is. 448 words, 10 paragraphs, mostly correct spelling. :[

~~ when you ask your sister/neighbor/mom to take a picture of the back of your head because you can't (in sunlight anyway...)
~~ when your chiwawa (sp?) bites your hair
~~ when your kitty cat claws at your hair when you try to pet him because he thinks that it's a toy...
~~ when you ask random people how your hair looks... and whether they think you use shampoo or not... and start to rant on about your current hair care routine... five minutes later into conversation and you realize they left a good three minutes ago...
