    Default Herbal tea (for drinking)

I did a search on this and see that a fair few threads about herbals teas people are actually using to wash or soak their hair.

I am more curious about the internal workings of it towards encouraging hair growth, I am fond of herbal tea and regularly would drink it.
I usually start with nettle, add dandelion, echinacea, then eye bright and every now and again rooibos.
The nettle for hair a little, but mainly for blood, nutrients and toxin cleansing.
Dandelion to work along side the nettle in cleaning the blood.
    Echinacea for my immune system
Eye bright for brighter eyes of course
The rooibos is mainly for summer hay fever control

I only buy pure herbs not cheap twinning's crap with 5% herbs or less.

Now my question is what else would you add into the rotation for good hair growth?
I am thinking hemp oil (1tbsp per every cup - 3x daily) might be a good start.
    Maybe also flax seed oil...

Any others I should look into?

Ginger tea is good, and since it improves circulation, it is sure to help hair and skin somewhat. It's also perfect for stomachaches.

There is a tea I used to drink that was a blend of herbs specifically picked because they help keep your skin pretty - it has rooibos and burdock root in it, so I'd bet that it's good for the hair too It was pretty tasty too.
