I have exactly 15 bottles of conditioner. That's about average for me.
Some of them are from experiments. Some are for later experiments. A handful are used regularly. And, some of them are multiples of the same thing.
So after getting a look from DBF today when I told him I currently have 16 bottles of conditioner on hand(mostly VO5) I was wondering how many bottles most people keep on hand. My local store has VO5 on sale for $0.88 often so I stock up, since I use at least a bottle a week. It's a savings of about $0.44 each bottle, I'm just being frugal.

I have an old bottle of coney Pantene conditioner (which I pretty much never use) and another cone-free bottle for CO'ing. I've been using it since January and it still hasn't run out, since I only use some on my scalp and nothing on the length. I guess you could say I'm WO for the length.
I have one 1 litre bottle (34ounces).
Right now, I have approximately 53. All 'cone- and protein-free, for CO washing.
There's this fabulous little scratch 'n' dent salvage shop not far from where I live. They have a 2-fer-1 deal on all the conditioner, and tend to carry old formulation/packaging Suave and VO5.
I have six bottles of White Rain coconut, including one that's open. I have one partial bottle of Cure Care. I have one partial liter bottle of Aveda ShamPure Conditioner.
I need to get a bottle of Sauve coconut because I want to do an SMT. I like the Sauve better for that because it's thicker than the White Rain.

I have 3. One of my non-coney thick conditioner, one of another non-coney thick conditioner that I thought had cones but turns out garnier took out the amodimethicone for a bit, and a coney conditioner. My hair seems to do best if I don't overdo the cones, so Ikinda bounce between the two.
I don't really have any room to store anything beyond the basics so I don't ever stock up on things, just buy a new whatever when I need more.
I didn't think that 15+ was all that many. I have a good stock of WR and VO5 for CO washing. I have certain ones I like and when I find them, I stock up. I can use up 2 bottles every 3 weeks with CO washing. I did a quick count in my bathroom and stopped at 67. I have 2 huge boxes of conditioner in the guest room and another big one in the hall closet. I'm prepared for when the conditioner famine comes
