French Braids: What Do You Do With The Ends?

I generally have a pretty long tassel no matter how I braid may hair due to the taper.

Just tassel the ends, about 4-6 inches from the bottom. I have not tucked the end under for a long time, probably since my hair was APL. I have a friend that gave me a ponytail holder made from strands of small glass beads and I use that a lot to give the end some weight so that it doesn't flop around too much.

I like to leave about 4 inches and just scrunch the ends so they curl up. I love the way that looks!

let them hang with a clear elastic or make a small bun.

I leave a 3-4 inch tassel because I like the look of it better than going as close to the end as possible...unless I plan on bunning the braid, then I braid until there is about a half an inch of hair left over!
