    1. Our growth shows up instead of hiding behind waves and whirls.
    2. We don't get frizzy hair.
    3. We can have curly or wavy hair without damage for a few hours if we think and plan ahead.

I feel left out. Most of the positives listed don't apply to my hair.

Mine either. It is very, very slippy lately.

But, since I'm a glass-half-full kind of girl:

    9) It looks great down!

red, and red makes me happy.

Most of them don't apply to mine, apart from those I suggested! I feel a "list of reasons it's rubbish to have straight hair" coming on

    1) Every hairdo looks rubbish because my spiky ends poke out.

    Okay...

#2) No waves/curls = no volume. Updos must be perfectly smoothed or it looks like I just got out of bed. There are no curls or waves to hide little imperfections.

Mmm bought some spin pins yesterday and they held my hair beautifully in a nautilus and cinnamon. Then I washed it, and you can guess what happened, my silky straight hair rebelled and wouldn't do anything I wanted. In the end I managed to get a jeter to hold. Just because I wanted to try something different to a claw! Hair can be so annoying at times!
