...Chain bun! I had thought about trying to essentially do a chain stitch with my hair before, but had never gotten around to sorting out the hand movements properly. I like it.

Laurel32 - you're welcome. Not all of these styles are buns, though. Depending on how thick your hair is, you can do some of these with just 19" of hair.

Someone recently posted a version of the Chinese Bun starting with a braid instead of a ponytail; I can't wait to try that!
