My barrette breaks and then I go and shop for a new barette. I used to have some in reserve but I have used them all up and they are either broken or become loose.

I guess I am not very good with hairtoys.

Here's my Day 2 bun with hairstick. I got this stick in a batch of 13 from the swap board last year. This picture was taken in a rush before work and the dangles don't show, but oh well. Here it is.

Day Two for me too!

The toy started out as a fork (two tines) but my kids broke one of them and so I can only use it as a stick in like two styles.

I washed my hair last night, so I really wanted to wear it down today (it's always nicest on this day). But being in the hair toy challenge, what to wear? I decided to count all my headbands as one toy - after all, how creative can a hardform headband be? - and so today I wore my hair down with a headband. I didn't take a picture of the style, because it was too simple, but the headband was #2 in this picture.

Teazel--this hairstyle looks amazing!! I'm so impressed. I always thought my hair was too long to do a french twist... how do you get all your hair into this style?? I'm in awe!
