    Default honey treatment

    well i just did a honey treatment. 2 tbls honey 1 tbls evoo and 3/4 cup water. my hair isnt dry yet so cant tell if its lighter. but definately shinier and softer.

    Did you use distilled water and keeep yout hair wet while the treatment was on your hair?

    Okay here are some pictures. I didnt take any before photos. Here is one thats recent not the best photo of my hair but at least an idea.
    This is my hair after the treatment. (its hard to take a photo of your hair in the mirror lol)




    oh also how would you categorize my curliness??

    just tap water... its ph is like 7.5 yes kept it wet.

    The pH is fine. You can try distilled next time to see if it makes a difference. Tap water can contain minerals that can reduce a treatment's effectiveness.

    Has anyone around you noticed a difference in the colour?

    No one is around to see. I think it is a little lighter. I probably need to buy some new honey too. As this is old and has been heated in the microwave... I will be doing another one tommorow. (with new honey, distilled water, and EVOO) I will post a picture of it and then we will really have something to compare it too.
