Waist | Hip

I haven't been on here in a few months due to maintaining at MBL/waist and trimming off some old bleach on my ends, but 2017 will finally be a growth year for me! I'm hoping to gain 4.5" by the end of the year, with 0.5" trims every 4 months. This should put be firmly in hip-length territory

I'm going to benign neglect my hair for awhile. I've been wearing my hair down a lot and have really noticed my length. If I wear it up all the time again and quit checking it out in the mirror I'll get another Holy Moly, where did that come from moment.

Just popping in with a super low-quality photo since I haven't been around in a while.

I did a trim tonight because I got lazy and let my hair grow to BCL. Back to hip it is!

Um....it snuck up on me. I looked at my hair this morning and I've reached hip! Yay! Finally! Woot, woot! I'm so excited, I thought I'd never reach here. I'm moseying over to the Waist to Tailbone thread.

Because today seems like the day I'm posting a million pictures, here's my latest length pic

It keeps tickling my elbows when I wear it down and I jumped about a mile the other day thinking it a bug.It's also long enough that my braid is getting heavier and more swing-y (if that makes sense) so I'm excited about it. I haven't had many... I guess tactile? milestones so it's kind of interesting that waist length comes with two of those for me.
