i noticed a few snow white strands at the back of my head in my early teens, they havent been increasing so far. I would never pull them out tho, assuming they hold some kind of magical powers or something along the lines, lol. :P

I found my first silver hairs at 15, but they were from a scalp infection, so don't "count" for this poll really (although I still have them). My hair is light and varied enough that I hadn't noticed any new ones till a couple of weeks ago when I went looking for them. I found about 10 "real" silvers, long enough that they must have been there a year or two. I'm in my late twenties. Many of my friends have also started getting their first few silvers in the past couple of years.

I believe I was 16. I got so excited I pulled it out to show my family. I still love them and get kinda sad If I see one that has shed. I think it adds character. An Holden Caulfield got them early, so theres that.
I got my first white hair when I was 21 and that's when I started dyeing my hair. My father got his first white hair when he was 16!

I'm 38 and as far as I know, I have never grown a white or grey hair (though I do have a lot of blonde hairs, so I suppose a white one could sneak in there without notice) but my mom is 60 and still has no white of grey hairs, so I'm not holding my breath.
I was 26 when I noticed my first white strand. Curious, hubster went on a hunt and found his at the same time; he was 24. 20 years later and we're both fairly sparkly, although most of mine are underneath, and hubster's gone a bit thin on top...

I don't have silver hair( I'm 20).
My mom strarted have silver hair around 35-40.
A few silver hairs sprouted when I was around 14 or 15. Women in my family tend to grey fairly early in life. I'm almost 30 now, and I'm about 40% silver.
I'm 21 and I found my first grey a few months ago and pulled it out. None since then.
I noticed my first silver on my 21st birthday, it was a pretty cool moment.
