Elven hair styles...for the Tolkienites

Tolkien fans...what hairstyles do you consider to be "elven?" I have included some illustrated elves (including my avatar) to get things started.

I am going to give the first one a try, however, I need to go gather some leaves to fashion the head piece

Gorgeous! I'd love to see some of this re-created by our board members! I'd like to try either of the last 2, but I don't have the length yet, and I'm not sure how I'd do them.

Anything from 1a-2c hair, in a V-hemline, pinned up the sides with leaves and flowers is pretty elven to me.

Then again, this IS a challange for the curlies to prove me wrong.
