My growth is very close to one inch per month...some months it's a bit less, others a bit more...and I do take vitamins. I'm prescribed prenatals and iron pills by my doctor, plus I take a Centrum women's multivitamin every day, calcium chews and drink a doctor-prescribed whey protein shake every morning.
Nothing really unusual in there, to be honest. I don't do a significant amount of biotin because there is no point. Too risky and it doesn't do much more than give me severe acne.
