I shampoo twice a week. Once with a shampoo bar, the other with Herbal Essences Hello Hydration.
Use whatever you have now, but dilute it in some warm water, preferably in a squirt bottle. Most of the time I use Nature's Gate products, but I've found that I can use anything as long as I dilute it.
I'm going to be the oddball here but:
All time favourites is Lush's BIG!, baking soda and that stuff you wash dishes in.
Emerald Green Henna Dragon, Guardian of ALL THINGS GREEN.
I use Aveda color conserve or Loreal Color Vive shampoo.
Combing only when wet with CO, Suave conditioner, AG Re:Coil, LA Looks sports gel, EVOO and coconut oil
I love my Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose. It's soap-based and sls free. I use an acv rinse with it sometimes, but not every time I wash.
I shampoo every time, at the moment I am using a prescripted shampoo for my SD. I haven't found my perfect shampoo yet, but I am trying out different shampoos from european brands that sell only organic products, so no SLS or ALS.
