Default Video: what is in your sebum!

Lucy from Lucy's corsetry has made another hair video; this time on the contents of sebum.

    Very interesting!

Wow! Didn't know sebum had all that in it. Yes, very interesting.

Awesome, I love videos like this. I love learning new things in general but this is extra exiting because it is about hair. Thanks for posting Lapushka.

    You're welcome, Suze!

I like how she breaks it down, I mean who'd have thought there was squalane in there?

I'm working on stretching my washes right now, and this was so encouraging to shift the idea of "greasy hair" from a bad thing to a something that really is beneficial to my hair. Love it! Thanks for sharing <3

I also like Lucy's Corsetry response to a comment: "there's no product you can put ON your hair that will work better than working on optimizing hair growth from the inside out - that means eating properly, improving your circulation and oxygenation through exercise, getting enough rest, controlling stress, balancing your hormones, etc." The products we're all so passionate about here mainly work for maintenance and management. It is so important to take care of ourselves on the inside so our beautiful locks can start off straight from the scalp strong and healthy (and to just feel great)! Lots of awesome examples here in the LHC
