Password reset

I can’t log in on my computer. Luckily my phone has my password stored. I’ve sent 4-5 password requests since wed/Thursday and had no response. I sent an email to the admin gmail account today. Still no response.
I’ve checked my junk folder and it’s not in there.
Please can someone help me.

I tried to reset using my control panel* but my phone auto filled in my email address and the site then gave me an error message, but that was after I updated my saved password. I don’t know my old password to be able to change it.

*stupidly I didn’t think of this first and my fiancé told me to do it.

I never got an email, I finally remembered what the password was.
