I don't know if you can buy them but I know one person here has made one by using a silk leg from long pyjamas, maybe you can get some cheap pyjamas from a charity store and try making your own?
Does anyone know where I can get long silk sleep caps from? I’m tired of having to stuff my hair into my sleep cap (that resembles a shower cap), my hair gets weird bends in the morning. I can’t fall asleep when my hair is braided or bunned, so those aren’t options I can consider...

I always just wound my hair around my hand and dropped it into the small style sleep cap, and got waves in the morning. There are longer styles like this, but I felt like they got in the way more with no real benefit over the bouffant style.
If you want to try something very different, look up horse tail bags. Something like that could tie onto a ponytail and let your length hang straight, or you could maybe sew something like that onto a regular sleep cap.

Long hair hiatus: short hair for now, buzzcut!
Last week i bought something to what you're describing, i bought at walmart. Its a satin tube cap. I slip my hair in the tube, pull the rest over my head and tie. I love it keeps my curls in tacted, no kinks, bents and such. The pineapple method never worked right for me, it flattens and stretches my curls.
