first time Cassia gloss advice

Hi friends!
I'm going to try my first cassia gloss, I'm mixing the cassia with conditioner.
wondering if I wash first and apply to clean wet hair or apply to dry hair ands wash after or no washing at all?
what works for you? not necessarily looking for a colour change but I won't complain if my random silvers stain a little

Do add water to the cassia first, before mixing that paste with conditioner. Don't mix the powder directly with the conditioner (that won't work). Just FYI. Some don't know this!

It will probably give your silvers a nice yellow golden blonde.

Cassia didn't do a thing for me, not that I could see, anyway.

I've done it both ways: on washed and unwashed hair. Honestly, it doesn't make a different to me. I think I prefer to apply to unwashed hair (that I dampen) because washing my hair once, then an hour later washing the cassia out of it, is a lot of mechanical manipulation. Also I only wash my hair with shampoo once a week and I usually tend to do a cassia treatment as a mid-week "pick-me-up."
