    Oh no I meant what caused the improvement in itchiness, the upped dose of Zyrtec or the H+S

    I'm interested in seeing a dermatologist too, I'm going to do a little research.

    Sorry for the double post but wanted to say I've bought some Nizoral 1% and am excited to try it in the hope that it stops my itching. Just in case my problem is dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis rather than eczema...
