I finally got my Whirl-A-Twist done. For whatever reason every time I tried it I ended up somehow making it really tight. Nothing seemed to alleviate it except sticking to the 3 rotations (although I have more hair left out) and even that was a little tug happy. No matter where I placed the stick or how much slack I left in the hair in my hand. Well at least I got something presentable as well as fluffy!

SimplyLonghair I adore that celtic knot! The color just makes it more ravashing.

I think your flipped bun turned out great, Coriander! Gotta love bouts of slippery hair though huh? Alas I don't know what that's like.

Charli800 your Stardust 'do looks wonderful!

I swear, AprilElf, that you could just run into a gale force wind and come out looking radiant. The twist looks fantastic!

I adore that french twist, SolSara! I'm surprised that you say it only looks somewhat like a twist. I think it's spot on.

I think that it looks great Gumball, but I understand about the pulling on the hair!

I loved the excuse, I had wanted to do some of the hair from P&P but hadn't yet. The sugar curls though to get the front right were interesting. I don't think that my hair likes sugar But I did a deep condition and they are happier. I would do a hair style but tonight I Have to henna, all of my silver is shining way too brightly! LOL When I get to the point that it is like my D-dad I won't henna any more as I love silver, but not yet!

On the edge of my forest!

Sahiba, it looks like the centre of your bun has pulled out. Perhaps the bun needs to be untwisted more before it's flipped?

    Love your Edwardian Twist, AprilElf!

It looks just like mine Sahiba.

I already had a challenge but I'm going to try that twist. If only I can shake that stupid cold I have. For the moment I don't feel like doing anything with my hair.
