Wow! You guys have really been showing off your up-do talents! I'm sorry to have missed so much!

I finally got my Japanese Bun done and photo'd. I don't think it came out too bad. It was much worse the first time I tried it.

I've got a Blondie's Turn paddle stuck in it that I got in a swap. I just love it.

If I get a pass on this one, I'm open for a new challenge. Anyone? Be easy on me now, I'm still a newb to up-do's.

I confess I'm a bit confused as to whom I should be challenging, however, since there are also a lot of intervening posts with results pix.

I think it's supposed to be AprilElf. So, my challenge to you is: a six-braid braid as invented by ChatoyantLocks.

(Also, please let me know if you've already done something similar. I read through a lot of the thread, but it's huge so I might have missed something!)

And here's a pic of my hair for the person who wants to challenge me!

We've just recently started keeping a record of the styles we've done, which makes everything much easier. Here it is.

Teazel: to answer your question, I've been pretty religious about keeping my hair up for about 6 months now, although I am completely stuck in a Gibraltar-Lazy Wrap-Figure 8 rut. So I'm excited to try some new things. And ... weirdly enough, I almost never do regular Cinnabuns! I will do my very nicest attempt and post it here tonight or tomorrow.
