Okay,I cannot figure out my challenge. It should be simple but I cannot get it to stay up for the life of me! No picture of the failures yet, but I'll see if one stays up long enough for me to take a picture.

They were long , weren't they ?
I love each and every stick. The style is looking cool with so many hair sticks.
Wow !!! Its looking awesome .
Its looking gorgeous. Very pretty.
And now I'll go and work on my challange.
Oh my god, AWESOME. Where did you get the darker blue sticks? They're so spiffy!
I must learn how to do this. I must. Are there steps somewhere, maybe? I have scarves just like that one in different colours and I would love to try this beautiful bun. But it looks so fantastic on you that it would be impossible to top it!
Deliver me from being perfect and complete.
Oh, gorgeous up do's everyone! I'm back in the game now, after the holidays, eager to see and learn even more styles.
This thread is getting long, I have a hard time figuring out what styles people already have done and who's next.. But I think that Readheaded Raven is the last person without a style, aren't you? Could you try this Jackie Bun? It looks so beautiful.
So, I'm up for a new challenge. And may I ask for something that I could use a flexi-8 for? I love them, but still don't know much styles to use them with. I have most sizes, but can barely cover a simple cinnabun with the largest I have...
Thanks for the comments, Teazel, Redheaded Raven, sahiba, and Almandine.
Almandine, I didn't have any written instructions to follow for the scarf bun - just a picture. But I can tell you what I did, if that helps.
* Make a low ponytail and secure with an elastic.
* Pull up a part of the elastic and thread one end of the scarf up through it. Leave enough for you to tie a knot to finish the updo.
* Braid the long end of the scarf into the length.
* Make a bun from the braid and pin.
* Hopefully you'll have some scarf length left over to then pull up over your head and tie to the short end on the other side.
SolSara, I don't have any experience with Flexi-8s, so I'm not really sure of what they are capable of.
Ummm, how about an Orchid Bun or Wrap.

April Elf, that is one gorgeous bun
Redheaded Raven, great-looking twist! :
SimplyLongHair, I love your sticks
Teazel, I loved your hair knot!
As much as I'd love to do it, I haven't been able to try my challenge (ribbon bun) yet, because I haven't been able to unpack my sewing stuff yet. It's the only thing that's still in boxes, but I haven't furniture to store it yet
Meanwhile, I suddenly remembered yesterday that I'd been assigned a log roll some time ago - and never submitted any pics. Here are poor pictures of last night's attempt at the log roll (pics are poor, but clickable ).
I'm not even sure this looks like a proper log roll Either my hair may not be long enough yet, or I am log-roll stupid.
Does anyone want to give me another bun challenge before I have the proper materials to comply with Teazel's request?
Since I've been doing the orchid wrap for a month now, I decided to go for the bun. I've tried before and not succeeded, but this time it worked. Even though there is very little hair left after the looping part, because of taper.. I even managed to do it with my largest flexi.
Isa-belle: Have you ever tried this pull-throw-bun?
Wow, so many beautiful styles done lately.
Any suggestions for me?
