English braid. Today's cat shenanigans ensued when I set my comb on the edge of the sink. While my hands were occupied plaiting my hair, Carys-Fuzzball decided my comb would make an excellent kitty toy and smacked it off the edge of the sink, so I had to stop mid-braid and rescue the comb.

Have you tried using less fingers to make it?

My index/middle/thumb is all I need (fine hair/short torso/slippery hair)

Oh, it's really easy to do. It just takes a long time to braid classic length three times (especially the first two smaller braids).
