My first ever LWB.
An update. I was wearing french braids but then I wanted to play around to see what's possible with my hair, since I'm so bad at doing hairstyles... I came up with a pretty fun braidish thing! (Note: not very well executed since I'm going to sleep)
This updo surely does exist, but I don't know how it's called. Anyways, this is my 'variation'.
I'm so happy I discovered this 'braided updo' because my hair is thick and APL so it's hard to find good, beautiful updos that actually look decent.
I divided my hair in three strands. I rope braided the two side strands, and 'basic braided' the middle strand. I love the rope braid effect, it's puffy and voluminous.
Then, I braided the three braids together and tied off.
I tucked the ends in the 'hole' underneath the braid, then took my pencil to secure it.
Can't wait until my first 'real' hair sticks arrive so I can do this hairstyle more often.
*Chin length* --> *Shoulder length* --> *Arm pit length* --> *Bra strap length* -->*Waist length* and beyond...
My first ever LWB.
Currently: BSL. Goal: Virgin terminal length hair with fairy tale ends. Wearing my hair up for a year! No trims in 2014!
Snow, I have to wear my har up for work this afternoon. Maybe I will copy you. I wonder if I can do it with waist-length?
Just a braided bun with my new spin pins.
My hair is in a half-up held with a GTS antler fork.
Masara bun with one of my new forks from the winter swap.

Lady Rhoslynn Of Two Wheeled Thunder~Order of the Long Haired Knights
Down, uncombed and wavy after a wash. My client (therapy kid) says, "Mrs. Wildcat" (not really, she said my real surname (and should I really even use the word "surname", I'm from Texas after all...it just seems wrong... Anyhoo)), "you wore your hair down today, it looks great!"
Makes me want to wear it down again tomorrow.
Ended up doing a single paranda braid. Now I know what it will be like to go through a day with braid in classic hair. It wasn't too difficult, but havng to wear multiple layers in winter makes one aware of one's hair. At one point I had to negotiate my paranda, my scarf, a hooded top, and my coat collar. >.<
no one noticed though.
Beware, the Lipstickless Bandit rides again, roaming the period-correct countryside and absconding with the kisses of all those who take her fancy!
