Figure 8 bun for me today.
I tried something new today, I did a two strand twist other either side of center part to a flip through pony tail. I have to try more with the twist, I like the way it looks and can't belive how easy it is with a little practice. My only problem is getting both sides even.
Figure 8 bun for me today.
another figure 8 here today too.. it's been a bit since I wore one, and I wanted ot use some of my fancy sticks, so this was the bun of choice to put this one in. tomorrow when I play with the tiny sticks from Peggy E. I'll have to do something different, I normally use them in a figure 8!

Mine is in a heart bun today, with an extra twist on the length. So now instead of a heart (or a pretzel), it looks like a complicated asymmetrical wide knot low on the nape. It's very comfortable! I should get a pic of it.
Still only took about 20 seconds to do. I like hairstyles that are fast, use only one or two hairtoys, and look like you spent hours.

2a, M, iii. Hip length achieved, Nov 2010! Next goal: 100% natural coloured hair.
It's usually in a bun but today I wore a single plait.
My hair is up in a regular bun, which is high up on the top of my head. I had things to do this morning so I haven't even detangled yet. I have it secured with a vase-neck purple Dymondwood stick.
7:00am to 1:00pm - 'equilibrium bun'
1:00pm to 2:30pm - 'cinnamon bun'
2:30pm to 3:55pm - 'pretzle bun'
3:55pm to current - re-done 'pretzle bun'
My hair has been grouchy today and though it's not falling out of the styles, it gets sore or spaztastic and I have to re-do it or go insane.
