    Default ISO AMadLife Hairsticks

Closing this thread - I do still like some of these but not all, and I feel bad about turning people down. I'll just keep an eye on the swap board.
    Thanks, all!

I have a gorgeous tulipwood one that I never use, but it's pretty big as well. I think close to 7".

I have one I purchased off of here from Tabitha. I've copied from her description :
Subtly figured snakewood with boulder opal, inlaid band of genuine blue opal and sterling silver decorative headpin
    Total length 5 1/8", usable length about 4 1/8"
No pic atm, but I can get some if you're interested.

Curlsgalore, I thought about that one, but I think I probably wouldn't wear it as much as the ones with more detailed toppers. That said, I think someone should definitely snap that one up, as those waves are sure to be terrific for holding power!

Oh Hele, I'm sorry but I don't wear pink ivory.

Sapphire-o, I might be interested. Could you send me a PM with a pic? Or post it here, perhaps?

Hi Alaska98. That does sound interesting, and yes, I'd like to see it. Pics please!

    Thanks, all.

Oh here you go. Nearly 7" long with very nice grains and bumpy shaft. It was a custom and I loved this stick. But ever since I got a big chop (and plan to keep the length around there) I don't use single sticks much any more. This beauty should be worn.

    Ignore the placemat.

I have one or maybe more - I am in the visualisation stages of a mega clearout as there is going to be a change in my living circumstances in the next few months and it needs to be a prompt to stop hanging onto things which others will make better use of. Not sure I can lay hands on it right now but I will try and remember.

Sapphire-O, that is indeed a beautiful hairstick, but unfortunately that color just won't work in my hair. I hope someone else will offer to rehome it for you. I love the shape of that topper and I'm sure that bumpy shaft would help a great deal in keeping an updo secure!

    Also to Alaska98,
Thanks for your PM - your mailbox is full, so I'm posting a reply here.
The pics you sent were of a really lovely stick. I remember seeing it for sale and considering it myself! I do think, however, that it wouldn't necessarily be a good fit for me, so I'll pass. Thank you for taking the time to send me photos - I'm sure someone else will be interested if you should post it on the swap board!
