I'm using the Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition now to substitute my HE HH for a while (the GF TN has to be used up right now) and it is a really good conditioner as well. I still have the bottles without silicones, but the one with the silicones in it (new formula) should be awesome.
I will keep an eye out for it the next time I'm needing a new shampoo.

Thanks, I hope so too. I have a sensitive scalp, so I have to be careful not to use any too stripping, and ideally I wouldn't use anything fragranced on my scalp, but it's so difficult.

Can you get Urtekram in your area. They have a "neutral" shampoo, without fragrance or anything added. And it's sulfate-free or sulfate-mild, one of the two.

I'm currently using Paula's Choice shampoo, which is fragrance-free and mild, but I am always willing to try something new, so will keep that in mind.

I tried Urtekram when they had about 5 to 6 choices in "scents" and now they have everything from bodylotion to showerstuff, to ... you name it. They grew quite a bit in a short amount of time. I'd be surprised if you couldn't get it in Scotland, but you never know...

Thanks Lapuschka for linking me this thread. I'm in! I have about three-four inches left to classic I think, should be doable.
My routine right now consists of search and destroys to take care of damage from colouring, washing when needed basically. I just use whatever schampoo and conditioner that cathes my eye in the grocery store. Mostly, it says "for damaged hair" on the label I use coconut oil after washing and inbetween washes if my hair feels dry.

To reach the goal of classic for christmas I will.... try and forget about my hair

Welcome to this thread! Coincidentally I use a lot of products 'for damaged hair' too. They usually are good for providing plenty of slip and more recently tend to have some oils in the mix

Just feels like a safe bet Maybe they just hide damage instead of actually doing anything, but hey, feels good to pretend you're doing something
