I was wondering if you would also consider including which are not animal tested?

Just thought I would add to this thread, just in case anyone still comes here Garnier have launched a new line called 'Ultimate Blends' and a most (all but one, I think) of those conditioners are cone free. They also seem to be well priced considering the amount of oils in there (currently on offer at Asda- £2 for 400ml). I plan to use mine as the 'second conditioner', after my 24p 'washing conditioner'.
Now measuring in at 37 inches, or BCL. Classic by Christmas '15 is a real possibility! Yeah, that's my clothes horse in the pic. I'm that glam.

I still check in. What's your 24p conditioner?

I discovered a new argan oil condish today in Poundland. Mellor & something... I'll check back when I get home.

L'Oreal Elvive Volume Collagen is new and silicone free, looks relatively light on protein.

ETA: Used once as both co-wash and leave in conditioner and I liked the result, more body/ volume than my usual Elvive Full Restore 5, still soft and not poufy/ fluffy. Difficult to say how shiny hair would be with regular use: I likely still have amodimethicone deposits from the FR5.

TRESemmé Vibrant Naturals Nourish & Replenish Conditioner is on offer for half-price (or thereabouts) at Tesco right now, fyi. Just happened to see it in-store today, the website says the sale runs through 15th Dec.
