My hair is almost TBL and we use a hair DRYER on it weekly. I have no white dots, nor split ends, and it's going great for me. A hair dryer is not the devil. If you use it the correct way!

This definitely gives me hope! How long did it take you to reach your current length? I'm using heat protectant but not using my hairdryer on the low setting but my hair is definitely isn't anywhere near as damaged as it could be, I also try to keep the heat/nozzle as far away from my ends as possible, might have something to do with it I guess? So fingers crossed I'll be able to attain similar results!
