hello! long time lurker, new poster.

Hello all! I am excited to be part of this community! I have spent so much time reading through threads and mentally taking notes on all the wonderful tips and ideas. I have had short hair for a long time, and the longest it's been in 15 years is APL. I'm also going virgin for the first time in 15 years after bleaching to light blonde every six weeks for years.

I will turn 30 this year and have cleaned up areas my life - eating habits and hair have been my focus!

I look forward to getting to know other members and learning more about healthy hair!

Hello! That's wonderful that you're growing out your virgin hair! I keep telling myself I will but then I find myself at the bottom of the bottle again (the hair dye bottle, that is...) I, myself, am a long time lurker and new poster. I've been eyeing this site for god knows how long now but I was scared to join. I finally took the plunge and did it a couple days ago.
