do you keep your hair style after work?

I take it down at home, keeping my hair up all day hurts my head. So, sometimes I'll re-adjust or take it down and put it in a braid bu. Most of the time I take it down and leave it down after I walk my dogs or exercise, unless I'm working or doing something at home.

At school I try to keep my hair up all the time but it's difficult because I have to re-do my updo so often. I've been trying to keep my hair up at home, too. I feel very uncomfortable with my hair down because i"m paranoid about damage
