It works if you have voluminous, wavy/curly hair. With my sleek hair you can clearly see the second ponytail from the side

yeah i also really like the crazy long ponytail. its soo frustating having waist length hair and then when i put it in a high pony it looks like its shoulder length :/. this could be my new go to on days i dont want to do my usual 15 sec bun

Even ignoring all references to teasing and heat-styling, most of these just wouldn't work for my hair. The only one I really like is that illusion ponytail, and it doesn't work with my hair. I'm so glad I found this place and learned how to do braids and buns in less than 2 minutes.
