    Everything but the saw palmetto is typically part of my diet, so it seems very doable to me. For example I usually have a smoothie with berries, dark leafy greens, acerola, orange, nut or peanut butter, chia seeds, and a pinch of dried wakame or other similar thing, for breakfast; and fish, eggs, or meat with vegetables for another meal. I frequently add olives to the dish because I like them. So, I can include items from most categories in just two meals of my day. It's easy to add extra things to the green smoothie too. Sometimes I add things like beet root, carrots, and ginger.

    I couldn't say that a few years ago, though. Back then I survived on cereal with milk & peanut butter sandwiches.
