Default Gummy multivitamins -- do they work for you?

I'm almost out of my gummy vitamins (yes, I'm twelve apparently -- I'd use flintstones vitamins but I can't tolerate them) and I'm trying to decide if I should buy another bottle of them or go with something else. I am just not sure if the gummies are actually doing anything or they're just being tasty. I like to reward myself with my gummy vitamins after I take the rest of my regimen.

One caveat, I'm very much unable to tolerate ANY iron supplements so any alternative suggestions have to be iron free.

So those who take the gummies, do they work for you? Do you think they're worth the money? If not, do you have an alternative that you noticed a difference with?

The gummy vitamins work fine for me. I always check the label to compare them to the chewables and find the most comparable one since some of them have very little in them and others match even the normal kind.

I like the gummy vitamins too. I don't see any difference when I take the gummies or the more "adult" vitamins. Just compare the labels, they're pretty much the same. They even make adult gummy vitamins!

Some members of my family have trouble swallowing pills so they use the chewables with good results.

I take flinstones chewables with iron, viactiv chews for calcium, and a sublingual b12 supplement. I actually think chewables absorb better and more fully than grown up vitamins! Lol

Actually based on my experience with sublingual painkillers and melatonin, I am inclined to agree!

    Gummy vitamins are good.

I also have a teenager with some serious need for fiber and to get it to her the best way I have found it to give her some gummy fiber supplements. It isn't everything she needs for the day but it makes it SO much easier to reach her required fiber intake with a couple gummies in the morning.

Yep. I love my gummy prenatal vitamins. So much easier than horse pills.

I buy them for my son, and must admit, I too, love them! I only buy ones with natural dyes though. They are much better than my adult "smells like dirt" vitamin pill.
